Who am I?
I am Tomas Jimenez.
I am a flamenco guitarist. I perform and teach flamenco guitar.
I am based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
I am an individual. I am not a company.

How do I collect information about you?
I only receive the information that you provide to me when you contact me.

Which type of information do I collect?
In most cases if you contact me by e mail I will therefore have your e mail address and any information you share with me in your e mail. That might usually be your name and the place where your event will take place. Some potential clients also provide telephone numbers in their first e mail.

Sensitive data?
Clients never share any sensitive data with me and I do not need such data at any point.

Third parties.
I do not share your data with any third party at all and do not use any third party services to fulfil my contract to you.

Requesting information that I hold on you.
If you require any information that I hold on you please do contact me and ask for this.

Deleting your data.
You have a right to request that I delete and erase your data. Please be aware that with the exception of invoices that I am required by law to keep for 7 years I will delete all of your data as soon as possible.
