Planning your Spanish event

Naturally, your event is unique to you.
I am sure you will have your own reason for organising a Spanish themed event.
Because of this, I am happy to discuss your ideas fully with you so as to provide the right flamenco performance for your event.
I say this because some clients already know exactly what they would like.
Nonetheless, some people find it helpful to discuss their plans with me.
Particularly with regards to my flamenco performance and how it might best fit your timings.

Book a Flamenco Guitarist Essex Examples

I give below examples of my flamenco shows in Essex

Flamenco Guitar and Dance for Equestrian Event.

The Colombian Paso Fino Horse Spectacular.
The Norton Heath Equestrian Centre.

The organisers wanted a display of flamenco dancing interspersed with flamenco guitar solos.
They specifically wanted out flamenco show to fit with the Paso Fino horse.
This particular breed of Colombian horse is rather small.
The characteristic is that it takes very fine steps.
They rode the horse across a wooden path and the steps made a percussive pattern that was not unlike flamenco footwork.

Flamenco dance choreagraphy fitted to the horse steps

I was incredibly fortunate to have a fabulous creative flamenco dancer from Almeria in Andalusia, Spain.
She understood exactly what was needed and created flamenco footwork that imitated the horse steps.
When the horse was off the wood and thus silent my dancer showed a beautiful choreography especially using the flamenco shawl.
There were also moments when she accompanied some of my pieces with her skilful castanet playing.
Much to the delight of all present.
What a joy for me to work with such creative dancers who are also so well disposed to performing the perfect flamenco dance for each particular event.
Certainly, I played some lovely flamenco solo compositions but the two stars of this spectacular evening were the Paso Fino horse and my Flamenco Dancer.

Solo Flamenco Guitarist

Armstrongs at The Pavilion, Clacton on Sea
Armstrongs booked me to play solo Spanish guitar to accompany their tapas afternoon event.
They have a superb rooftop terrace overlooking the sea.
It was open air but with shades.
It was a beautiful sunny day and the whole mood was delightful.

The Wheatshealf, Hatfield Peverel, Chelmsford.
Quite simply a lovely Spanish themed night.
They asked me to play sets in their various dining rooms.
